Official Control Of Foodstuffs - 1998
Under the Council Directive on the official control of foodstuffs (89/397/EEC), member states are required to submit an annual return to the Commission giving details of the number and type of inspections carried out and infringements found. In the UK the required information is compiled from returns submitted by local authorities.
The UK's 1998 returns are available in both MS Excel and PDF format as set
